Deviled Eggs with English Rare Tea Ingredients
- 9 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup of brewed English Rare Tea (steeped from 2 tbsp leaves for 1 min)
- Salt & white pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Fresh chives or small edible purple flowers for decoration
Instructions:
Placed eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 -12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and peel once cooled. Halve the eggs lengthwise and gently remove the yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, brewed English Rare Tea, salt, and white pepper until smooth and creamy. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Dust lightly with paprika and garnish with small chives or edible purple flowers for a Women's History Month touch.
