This is a rarity green tea with hint mild sweet, crisp and light smokiness. The Gua Pian leaves are the result of an intensive picking style, the pointy tip end and woody stem of each leaf creating identically sized leaves. Carefully groomed leaves are then pan fired at a slow bake over a charcoal fire and frequently turned to impart a delicate hint of smokiness.
